Henebery Barreled Old Fashioned

Much better than most mixes. Good flavor and finish. Little strong on the nose so I let it breathe a little.

This is a small-batch, ready-to-drink Old Fashioned made with Henebery’s high-rye (95% rye, 5% barley) whiskey base, gentian root and cherry bark as bittering agents, and Demerara sugar, and then placed in American oak barrels to mature. It’s very nice, especially if you like your Old Fashioned cocktails somewhat on the sweet side.
