Neat. Nose is light, earthy, fruity agave, green olive, some herbs, no heat. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is rich with sweet agave, cilantro, mint, anise, brine, oak, vanilla, light cinnamon and black pepper heat. Finish is long and counters the rich agave sweetness with intense bitter saccharine, pepper, and herbs Overall, a literal bittersweet blanco that's more interesting than most. Nice complex flavors, but personally, the finish holds my rating back a bit

Sweet honey, floral notes. Finish is complex, oakey and herbal.

tastes wider than lunazul, not as in your face but definitely still alcohol
