Hibiki 12 Year

Nice fruit and sweet character. And the bottle kicks ass.

Juicy, creamy, fruity nose. Makes me think of this cake they sell at the Whole Foods down here in Louisiana called Berry Chantilly Cake featuring layered cake with fresh berries and Chantilly cream between the layers. The palate is rich and creamy as well with vanilla and more of that fruitiness. The finish is long and lush with a drier vanilla creaminess.
