Reviewed January 14, 2021 (edited February 21, 2022)Was treated to this as part of a virtual tasting. This is wonderful. Aroma is of toasted grain. Flavor is bready, smooth grain and the finish is light but complex spice. Spice lingers nicely for quite some time. 3 drops of water brought out a Maple Aroma and oak notes in the flavor were deep and wonderful. Spice notes accentuated. Really enjoy this!
