Hibiki Japanese Harmony

Very light nose, mostly light honeysuckle. I find the entry on the palate is where you get a lot of the honey sweetness mixed with a distinct white pepper kick. The sherry sweetness is there but in the back drop. Medium weight and light texture on the palate with a medium finish of golden honey and oak spices. Solid but lacks complexity

Good for readying the palate for real whisky. About as anodyne as a Tomintoul.
