Reviewed January 26, 2021 (edited July 1, 2022)Maple syrup and peppermint on the nose. Very nice. Palate is pepperminty too, with some lemon, cloves, and baking spices as well. That spice lingers through the finish, which is smokey, almost peaty, and long. Nice hug. An excellent glass for a cold day. -
