Peated Whiskey (Total Wine, Georgia 2021) 50.4% Nose: vanilla and brown sugar Taste: Peat up front and throughout, almonds, cherry finish

Manhattan barrel. Cloying sweetness, not super interesting. Even at $52 it was a bit of a letdown.

Plum, spicy, almond

Ruby port finish. Could be someone else’s jam, but not mine. It’s dry, thin, just not for me.
