High West American Prairie Bourbon

Nose: Oakey with notes of honey, white chocolate, brown sugar, butterscotch, apple Palate: Pepper, chocolate, caramel, green apple. Finish: Vanilla, baking spice, apple.

Taste with peat! A fun scotch like bourbon

This was pretty smooth, had a nice sweet nose and bit of spice. The oak was there as well, but the only drawback was a bit of a medical twinge on the finish. Overall, it was good.
