Highland Park Harald
Single Malt
Highland Park // Islands, Scotland
One of six bottlings in the Warrior series, this bottling is named for King Harald Fairhair, King of Norway (b. 860-d. 940).
His army, known as the "bersekers" were known to be fierce in bottle and often used their shields for both protection and as weapons. The shield is placed prominently on this bottling which is aged in about 50/50 ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is bottled at 80 proof.
