Tasting Notes
"The visually striking Hirsch Horizon bottle is enough to make one hope for a good bourbon inside, and fortunately it doesn't disappoint. The whiskey is flavorful and balanced, soft on the palate with notes of caramel, brown sugar, and roasted pineapple. The finish is sweet with a hint of cinnamon. At 92-proof, it's delightful sipped neat but will also stand up in cocktails. It's worth taking a chance on this new release."
