This is the the first-ever expansion of Cooper Spirits' Slow & Low brand. It is inspired by Café Brûlot, the classic coffee drink from New Orleans, where the Slow & Low brand first launched and produced in partnership with pioneering coffee maker Intelligentsia Coffee.
It is a blend of straight rye whiskey aged two years, plus Intelligentsia Cold Coffee made from a blend of coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala and Peru, as well as raw honey, demerara cane sugar, aromatic bitters, and orange peel. It is bottled at 40% ABV, available as of September, 2021.
