I.W. Harper 15 Year Bourbon

An above average bourbon but not anything I’m going to seek out. 15yr and above starts to become overwhelming wood for me. I know they proof this down to open it up but the flavors are ok. Fun bottle for the collection but definitely not a top 20 for me.

So smooth

Very smooth! Oily when it’s neat but goes away on ice. Unique and tasty oak flavor from the aging on the smooth finish. Overall pretty good.
