I.W. Harper Straight Bourbon

Oily mouthfeel. Just enough burn & spice to compliment the sweetness. Yum.

Fruit with the peppery spice. Nose is pleasant, color is straw, finish is longer than the initial impression would lead you to believe. Light mouth feel but great balance overall. Better than Basil Hayden which seems to get more love. Good value bourbon.

this is a smooth and rich drink that is incredibly easy to sip.

Nose with floral notes, banana, honey and corn cereal. Corn cereal and banana more prominent after a few drops of water. Taste is mild rye burn to back of palate, caramel, corn cereal and fruit. Aftertaste is light and smooth. Would share this with novice bourbon drinkers and the women in my life. Overall, enjoyed sipping this on a humid August afternoon.

Such a good classic bourbon taste. A lil sweet but with the perfect amount I’d burn.

Easily one of my favorite bourbons out there. it is smooth and has a great finish

Nose- Vanilla and brown sugar Body- Vanilla continues with slight orange. Very mellow mouthfeel. Finish- the sweet, full mouthfeel continues with a slight bitter note on the end. This is an easy drinker. This was one of my favorite tastings at the Bulleit Experience/ old Stitzel-Weller distillery. My 100th tasting!
