This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Tequila valley (Los Valles), Jalisco. The agave is cooked in autoclaves, extracted via roller mill, fermented without fibers in stainless steel open air tanks, and twice distilled on alembic stills.
This expression is rested in barrels that once held French rosé wine before bottling at 80 proof. .
