Iron Fish Four Cask Bourbon

Very smooth with a slight tingle at the end. It lacks significant flavor but a solid bourbon, especially for $50.

Nose: maple syrup, Sweet and fruity, vanilla, Taste: spicy and sweet, maple syrup, dried fruit (pineapple) toasted oak. Finish: A lasting, slightly spicy finish with hints of tobacco, dried fruit, and lingering maple sweetness.

Good but not too complex. Has a but of sweetness from the rum and other barrels.
