Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt
This is the distillery's flagship single malt. It is composed of two single malts — both peated and unpeated — produced onsite. These are separately matured in a combination of American oak ex-rye, Chinkapin, and French ex-Bordeaux red wine casks — the distillery's "Six Cask" recipe.
The whiskies are then combined into a lightly peated flavor profile that is bottled non-chill filtered at 46.4% ABV. .
