Tasting Notes

"On the nose: very light aroma with distillation heat, slight oak and very light char. Palate is a layered mix of white dog, with some oak, char, and immaturity. Slight golden raisins and the sugars associated with them are barely starting to show some complexity, but this whiskey needs more time in the barrel. Finish is light, quick, and not much to talk about. "
