Part of the brand’s Aged Series, Jack Daniel’s 12 Year Tennessee Whiskey Batch 4 is produced from the traditional mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Before entering the barrel, the whiskey is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process. It was aged for 12 years in new American white oak barrels and bottled at 107 proof (53.
