Tasting Notes
"Pacult says he selected this barrel based on its "apothecary aspect", and there is indeed an atypical mix of flavors on the botanical spectrum such as sassafras and sarsaparilla (root beer), with a bit of pinecone, black pepper, and mint. Though it's not all medicinal, and these notes are mostly in the background to rich textures of brown sugar, creamy vanilla. It's one of those whiskeys to uncork during contemplative moments or good conversations. "
