Jameson Black Barrel

Nose is apples, toffee and mild oak. Palate: Fruity, caramel apple, slight hint of smoke and burnt toast. Finish: Lengthy, warm, satisfying. This is the third expression from Jameson's and (original and stout cask being the other two). This is the only of them that I would buy again. Exceeded my expectations.

Signature caramel sweet and smooth taste that is so characteristically Jameson

COLOUR Burnt Amber in color when brought up to the light. BODY Medium body, slow moving droplets NOSE Vanilla, chemically, apples PALATE Ethanol/chemically start and end. Vanilla, woody, ans maybe apples. Deep taste but not very smokey. FINISH Lingers in the chest with a nice warming effect Served neat in a glencairn glass

Probably my favorite Jameson.
