Nose - sweet fruits and some spice, maybe a touch of hops
Taste - starts off with sweet fruit and then transitions into light spice and some dry hops
Finish - Spicey and sweet, with a bit of heat going down, lingers pleasantly, with some hops dryness at the end
On the nose, it’s has a whole lot of lemons and coriander. On the tongue, it’s typical Jameson with a backwash of hoppy IPA. I would incline to agree with some reviews. This whisky would be awesome if the IPA was brought to the forefront. I like this better than the Stout cask mates.
