Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition

The hop flavors coming through on this aren't my cup of tea.

Nose: Buttered Bread, Granny Smith Apple, Wet Grass, Honey, Slight Hops Taste: Buttered Bread, Lemon, Honey, Earthy, Vanilla, Slight Hops

Not nearly as good as the Jameson Caskmates Stout Barrel. There's something off-putting that I just don't like. Tastes green or young or just not well-balanced. I much prefer the Glenfiddich IPA Barrel Scotch to this. Despite loking IPAs and hops, I just don't like this

Not a bad whisky, notes of citrus, a slight harshness to the finish.
