Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition

Lots of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and a little spice. Very drinkable. No heat

The nose is sweet featuring dark chocolate and caramel. It comes off with more sweetness on the tongue, following strongly along the lines of Jamesons base whiskey. Some chocolate covered strawberry and a nice malty grain flavor are present, with a hint of cream and a little coffee beans thrown in. Finish is smooth and quick.

Being a stout lover I keep hoping for more body and richness. Very little stout characteristics come out. Having said that it's very smooth with extremely subtle and brief hints of chocolate with a bit of spice and malt thrown in.
