"Lots of vanilla, maple syrup, toasted oak and brown butter show up on the nose. It's full and chewy on the palate with a vanilla sweetness, apple skins and a tangy back note. The finish is lengthy with pleasant vanilla flavors and a bittersweet ending. Wouldn't say it's a dessert sipper as the oak brings a decent amount of spice and dryness to the party. Enjoy neat. "
