Nose: vanilla sweetness, warming spices and fruits. Apple. Some alcohol burn. Buiscuit. Palate: first soft, then spices, vanilla sweetness Finish: sweetness, spices. Some oaky dryness. With water: more friendly for me. Nose is same with no alcohol notes. On palate and finish much softer, less spicy, nuts. But very weak aftertaste.

Very smooth and drinkable whiskey. I’m not a fan of Irish whiskeys due to there triple distillation which I feel takes the guts of it. Even thou the nose and taste or minimal, the finish is very long with tastes of oak and baked bread. I still have a wonderful taste minutes later.

Beautiful color and aroma welcomes the drinker when the bottle is unsealed. I like my whisky over ice and this sample was outstanding in them at form. Initial flavorful and creamy taste was followed with vanilla and butterscotch. Definitely worth exploring further.

The bourbon and sherry cask expression is obvious giving a sweet and spicy whiskey. Overpriced
