Nose: vanilla, caramel and nuts. Peanut or brasil nuts for me. Some oak. Very sweet. Palate: soft and sweet first, then becomes more punchy, spicy. Caramel, syrup, sweet, Finish: creamy, artifical sweet, wood, hint of bitterness. Sticky, long. Minerals.

Nose: orchard fruts (cherry, apple), light, cinnamon, light vanilla Palate: light and fruity upfront, develops through the palate, getting gingery, brasil nuts and woody towards the late palate Finish:: spicy, sugar, little bit of oaky bitterness, briny
