Clear, amber gold appearance. Aroma- faint cereal grains and honey. Taste- a bite of cereal grain whiskies, with bread dough flavor, from the malted barley whiskies. Medium body. Moderately-long finish. RJT

Very smooth and light. Great for adding to brine for chicken wings.
