Jefferson's Grand Selection Château Suduiraut Sauternes Cask Finish
This expression consists of Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon that reached full maturity in new, charred American oak. It was then transferred to French oak barrels that once held Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes dessert wine for several months in a proprietary "hot box" warehouse environment.
40 of these barrels were selected for the final blend, which is bottled at 90 proof. .
