This is the 11th expression of the Jefferson's Aged At Sea series, which spends part of its maturation in barrels traveling on a ship circling the ocean. After initial maturation in traditional barrels for up to 8 years, this voyage departed from Savannah, GA to the Panama Canal, South Pacific, Tahiti, New Zealand, Fremantle, then Asia and the North Pacific before returning to the states.
It is bottled at 45% ABV. .
