As with each expression ("voyage") of Jefferson's Ocean, this small batch straight bourbon reached full maturation in a traditional rickhouse. The barrels then spent several months at sea on an OCEARCH shark monitoring vessel that crossed the equator 4 times, beginning in Savannah, Georgia and sailing through the Panama Canal at temperatures in the 70s and 80s.
It is bottled at 90 proof. .
