Nose: oak, brine, toasted almond Palate: brine, raisin, caramel, vanilla, nut meg Finish: medium length, more brine, toffee, leather

Very smooth. Oaky and maple taste

Aromas are light orange and maple. Some spice too. Flavors are very similar but the wood makes a dramatic appearance as does the grain and some peppery touches. Very good
