The nose was primarily caramel, some vanilla but that’s a component of caramel so … Palate was a mix, sherry, lemon, caramel, creme brule. Very smooth. Finish was medium long with lemon again, sherry and some sweet spicyness on the side of the tongue, not just alcohol burn. Quite interesting.4.0 USD per Bottle
