Jefferson's Reserve Very Old Bourbon

Very easy to drink with nearly zero burn. For the first time I have been able to start identifying flavors. This bourbon has almost a sweet cinnamon flavor to it. When swallowed it does not have a burn like other bourbons but the flavor seems to stay in the mouth longer than others. I would recommend trying at a bourbon bar as I paid $55 for the bottle without knowing if I would enjoy it.
