John J Bowman Single Barrel Bourbon

Aroma is of cherry and oak. Flavor is like a butterscotch or caramel hard candy. Really fruity with a moment of nuttiness. A good deal of baking spice and some clove. Couple drops of water bring out some chocolate and coffee notes. Thought about Mexican chocolate with the spice. I keep thinking of hard candy and caramels when sipping on this.

Nose sweet vanilla Taste is mildly spicy and clean. It almost has a holiday taste. Some burn but a short finish
