This whiskey is comprised of 70% Danko winter rye with corn and unmalted barley filling out the rest of the mash bill. It's aged for about 10 months in 30-gallon, medium-char American oak and bottled at 45% abv.
RyeMash bill at least 51% rye; aged in new, charred oak barrels.
