John's Alabama Single Malt Whiskey

Nose - Honey, bit of smoke Taste _ malt & honey, fruit (peaches? ) smokey. Finish; smokey honey Nice daily sipper. Happy to drink home state single malt. I first tasted this almost 2 years ago and thought it was dreadful with a terrible young malt sourness. They have greatly improved since then.

Sweet, slight burn, peach aroma

Smooth with taste of leather. Savory in profile not too sweet.

Excellent whiskey... smooth finish

I really wanted to find an Alabama whiskey that I liked... and this is not the answer. I went to school at UA so perhaps my affinity for the state betrayed me. I will not be buying this again... ever.

Strong smoked malt flavor, close to leather.
