Noise; caramel, toffee Palate:Sweet, caramel Finish; huh proof heat, vegetal finish. I'm a fan. If you like Balcones Bourbon give this a try. Best field to bottle Alabama Bourbon to be had. Bottled at 90 proof by Escambia Spirits in Atmore, Al I love their Deetling bourbons (pricey) so I took a chance. Nose: faint, caramel, brown sugar Palate: sweet vanilla, corn dust, Finish: vanilla, alcohol burn An unremarkable bourbon. Equivalent bourbons available for less than half the price of this one.
