Johnnie Walker 18 Year

Smokey, fruity, very smooth.

Nose is wood, fruit like red apples. A little bit of smoke. Not much sweetness. Tasteis smoooooth but still pretty complex. At first it's just smooth, then peat then wood the peat then fruit. Lots of shifting gentle flavors on the finish and the finish lasts for a long time. Hard to name all the finish flavors. Smooth whiskey isn't really my thing but damn.

Nose: butterscotch, vanilla, citrus

Well... my first Johnnie I purchase for myself. Before then I've only tried Johnnie red lable. Not a big fan of the Red.. its got some weird taste i cant describe. This 18 Johnnie is actually decent. Has a slight hint of Red lable weird taste but smother and more appealing. Not bad. Would i buy again... maybe..... Tatse very similar to Buchanan's 12 yo (Had them back to back). Except Johnnie was a bit more mild in the flavors, little bite, bit more of a black pepper ish bite to it. Decent. Money well spent... yeah... id say so. $70 is a good price for it. Nice looking bottle.

Smooth as hell, smoke is light but very present.
