At a cold 5*c, it’s quite light and sweet, with little of the normal whisky flavors. The taste is strong with fresh raspberries, notes of salt, and a suspicious bit of lemon meringue (just the meringue part).
After warming up to room temp, there’s more of a leather smell to it.
Overall, this is worthy enough to drink on its own, but not by much. I’d place this on par with a JW red, but cleaner.
