Tasting Notes

"Obviously fairly young and also very sweet, with a big hit of vanilla, but also bitter lemon peel, dried seaweed, orris root and very soft wood smoke. The palate also has an inherent sweetness, but then again is pretty earthy too. Some straw and hay also, with a touch of wood smoke and white pepper. Overall a good new entry into the Rock Island pantheon."
