A rich caramel and toffee forward nose. Dark, somewhat smokey flavor entry, with a sweet dessert-like flavor reminiscent of caramel flan. A medium body with a gentle warmth and a peppery effect on the back of the palate. A long finish ending on a lingering spice note. It tastes of history and continuity. The artist's box is special as well, crafted of wood and painted by a reknowned artist. Along with the bottle inside, there is also a booklet signed by the artist detailing the inspiration and process behind the artwork. The whole package makes for a beautiful statement on your bar. Highly recommended.
