It’s Christmas in a bottle, vanilla, oak, nutmeg, spice, heavy alcohol but balanced with caramel, wine & tannin.

Really winey with a lot of fruit. Deep ruby colour.

Ok, that was different! Could really taste the wine cask, and the maple/toasted sugar came through very strong. Finish was a mile long with hints of sweet and toasty, almost root-Beerish flavor. One that would be awesome to have to share with other whiskey lovers, but I would likely not call this a regular sipper!!
