Kentucky Owl Bourbon St. Patrick's Edition
This limited edition bourbon was created in collaboration with Louise McGuane, an Irish whiskey bonder and founder of JJ Corry Irish Whiskey. She and Master Blender John Rhea selected and blended Kentucky straight bourbons aged between 4-11 years to make this bottling. Those bourbons include rare older bourbons, high rye bourbons, and wheated bourbons.
Notably, the barrels used in the creation of this bourbon will be sent to Ireland to fill with future Irish whiskey. Released February 2022. .
