Tasting Notes

"Big notes of candied bananas and vanilla on the nose, and with a little water, you’ll pull out some mint. The palate is quite viscous. You get some bitterness from unripe bananas upfront but this is soon washed away by unabashed wood spice and dark chocolate. The finish is a hot amalgamation of remaining spice and raw alcohol."
