Kilchoman 100% Islay (11th Edition)
The eleventh edition of the 100% Islay series for Kilchoman was made from Optic and Publican barley varieties which were harvested in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011. The barley was malted and lightly peated (20 ppm) using Islay peat before being distilled, matured, and bottled.
Aged a minimum of 9 years, a total of 26 bourbon barrels and 7 sherry butts were used for this bottling which yielded 12,000 bottles for worldwide distribution. Released September 2021, it's bottled at 100 proof.
