Reviewed September 18, 2019 (edited October 29, 2019)A really fragrant, beautiful nose, brine, peat, BBQ sauce and a hint of freshly cut chillies. Almost feels thin but not for long, peat , salty, lemon peel, black pepper, hot and that oloroso influence of dried fruits creeping towards the end. Medium finish, salty, peat, vanilla and black pepper.100.0 AUD per Bottle -

Reviewed September 11, 2019 (edited September 12, 2019)Nose: burnt brisket, nectarines, honey, vanilla, a bit of barrel bitter, salt water. Taste: cherry, vanilla, butter, burnt bacon, very sweet tomato, burning hay, marshmallow, black pepper. Finish is almost non existent. Water eliminates almost all the sweet elements and really brings the bacon and burning hay. The finish then elongates into honey and bacon grease.40.0 USD per Bottle
