Tasting Notes
"All of the bold, briny characteristics of an Islay whisky are here. Seaweed and peat and iodine on the nose and the palate, along with smoked meats, ham, and sea water. Beneath the storm lurks something sweeter: marzipan, banana, stewed fruits, peaches and cream. The finish features bacon and pepper. "
