Kings County Distilling, located in Brooklyn, uses an 80% New York State-grown organic corn and 20% English malt mash bill for this bourbon. Aged for four years in 15-gallon new, charred oak. It's sold at 100 proof in 375ml sized bottles in the US as well as 200ml in the UK. Their bonded whiskey will display both the year of distillation and the year of bottling atop the bottle.
