Tasting Notes
"A good amount of vanilla custard and crème brûlée on the nose, as well as faint notes of lemon zest and maybe even some grassy notes. After a while more orchard fruits like green apple and honey appear. Creamy and a sweeter arrival than expected. Notes of honey on the palate as well as some juicy stone fruits, but then a Pulteney like spicy encore. Simple, yet elegant. Precision distilling at its finest."
