Tasting Notes
"With such a light and sweet nose it's hard to imagine that this sourced spirit is bottled at 99 proof. The nose is all bright cereal with a touch of pickling spice. The flavor smacks of honey and caramel until the heat kicks in. The finish leaves your tongue tingling for minutes after your first sip. Lots of peppery goodness even without the rye."
